Cancellation Policy
Payments: YES, deposits go towards your total. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. I accept Apple Pay, Cash or Zelle. I can also take card payments through Square on the day of your appointment. Late Fee: 15-minute grace period. There will be a $20 fee added following the grace period. Reschedule: If you need to reschedule/cancel, you can do that process through the app or just let me know. 50% of your total will be due if you cancel less than 24 hours. Cancellation: Appointments are canceled after 30 minutes of scheduled time unless I am notified prior to appointment of late arrival.
