I will refuse service if your child does not cooperate. I do allow time for them to settle before refusing service.

Payments: YES, deposits go towards your total. I accept Apple Pay, Cash or Zelle. I can also take card payments through Square on the day of your appointment.

Same Day Appointments: Appointments booked less than 24 hours will be charged an additional $30 last minute fee.

 

Late Fee: 15-minute grace period. $1 will be charged per minute following grace period. If you need to reschedule/cancel, you can do that process through the app or just let me know. 50% of your total will be due if you cancel less than 24 hours.

Cancellation: Appointments are canceled after 30 minutes of scheduled time unless I am notified prior to appointment of late arrival.

Products: ALL products are natural and water based. However, if you have a nut allergy, please let me know. Coconut is included in the formula.
